2. Call this number 1800221111. You can also SMS ‘CLAIM’ and send it on 561612 or write an email to customer.care@sbigeneral.in mentioning your details to get your claim number.

3. Show your policy id to the hospital team for identification purposes. Show your verification.

4. After this, a team of doctors will verify all insured person documents and evaluate them. After that, they will cover you with claiming in and as per terms and conditions of your opted plan.   

5. After completing some necessary process, the claim would be settled as your opted plan’s terms and conditions.

6. Being an insurer company, “SBIG” provides claim service assistance with their customer to avoid the wrong information filled by the insured person in claim settlement form and other help.

Reimbursement Claim Settlement

In reimbursement claim settlement, you have to get the complete treatment by spending your money; after getting the medicine as soon as you are discharged from the hospital, you have to keep one thing in mind: you have to bring the below-listed documents.
